1. Introduction

Where a conflict exists between the Terms and any of the Supplemental Agreements, the provisions of the applicable Supplemental Agreement shall govern. Embers and its representatives assume no responsibility for any consequence based on the information, services, or other material on our Site. While we strive to keep the information on this Site accurate, complete, and up to date, Embers and its representatives cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to, the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information or services on the Site. If at any time you are not happy with the Site or object to any content within the Site, your sole remedy is to cease using the Site and contact Embers at info@embersprotection.com.

By accessing, viewing, or using the Site or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
